The driver benefits from a large cab with plenty of foot space. V trucks from Linde are characterised by very long maintenance intervals: The first check is carried out after 1,000 operating hours. After 3,000 operating hours, service technicians check the tilt cylinders and spring elements and replace the ventilation, pressure and suction filters. A hydraulic oil change is due after 6,000 hours. – A number of design details make these long intervals possible. These include new high-performance filters and the maintenance-free drive axle and bearings of the tilt cylinders. The hydraulic direct drive is also maintenance-free.

The H20 – H35 offers an ergonomic and intuitively organised operating concept; the steering wheel, double pedals and the control levers of the Linde Load Control integrated into the armrest can be operated with a minimum of movement. To prevent shocks and vibrations from being transmitted to the driver, the drive and steering axles and the mast are decoupled from the frame and chassis by rubber mounts. Long maintenance intervals on the Linde V-type forklifts H50 – H80 EVO ensure little downtime and low oil and spare parts costs: after 1,000 operating hours, the engine oil is changed and the steering axle and mast are lubricated. Large glass surfaces and the curved windscreen offer the driver a very good view. An ergonomic workplace was a goal in the development of these heavy-duty forklifts. That is why, for example, several rubber mounts decouple the driver’s cab from the chassis and engine. The V-Stacker H100 – H180 D operate according to the “power on demand” principle: the engine speed is regulated according to the required power input. The engine therefore always runs in the most efficient range, thus saving fuel. The stepless Linde hydrostatic system ensures high handling performance, as the driver accelerates the truck without using the clutch or shifting gears. Quick maintenance work is made possible by the service box on the side: the mechanic has direct access to various filters, batteries, wiper water tank and diagnostic plug. Despite their size and power, the HT100 – HT180 Ds V-trucks consume very little fuel. This is made possible by the precise coordination of economical diesel engines and hydrodynamic transmissions. Robust engines – long maintenance intervals: When equipped with an MTU engine, the HT100 – HT180 Ds V-trucks only go to the test stand after 750 operating hours. With a Perkins engine, this is the case every 500 operating hours. For vehicles with a 7″ colour display, the Linde Service Monitoring System is available on request: sensors determine the actual mileage and usage. The oil change interval is determined accordingly. To ensure that every service process runs quickly, service technicians can fold the cab forward and then access the technology from both sides.
