Electric Heavy Forklift – E100-E180

The E100 – E180 electric heavy-duty trucks with a load capacity of 10.0 – 18.0 t are the most powerful in their league. They combine the best features of E- and V-trucks: This series combines the diesel-typical development of forces with the environmentally friendly, low-noise and dynamic driving style of electric trucks. Optionally, this series has two lead-acid or two lithium-ion batteries, which give the vehicle the power to transport a maximum of 18.0 t up to ten metres in height. The powerful electric motors propel the heavy-duty truck, past the V trucks, to the top of the performance range.

The E100 – E180 electric heavy-duty trucks are designed to provide the best all-round visibility. They offer a clear view to the rear and the glass doors provide a view without restriction to safeguard against collisions and accidents. The goods being transported are perfectly in view during storage and retrieval, thanks to the safety glass roof and the optimised mast. The heavy-duty truck is characterised by a high level of safety when stationary, thanks to the batteries integrated in the chassis, which shift the centre of gravity downwards.

Should it be the cheaper lead-acid battery pair for applications in the light to medium range, or the lithium-ion system for a more demanding ? Should the vehicle’s operating conditions change in retrospect, the battery technology can be easily exchanged without any adjustments. This gives the customer maximum flexibility. The excellent handling performance results from the incredibly dynamic acceleration of the electric motors. The clear view around the vehicle enables precise handling of large and heavy loads.

The driver can always keep an eye on the goods through the armoured glass roof. This means that the operator is always safe from falling loads and can concentrate better on precise handling. The view to the rear over the tail end is completely unobstructed, as the battery is integrated into the chassis and the counterweight has been flattened.

Thanks to their charged power, Linde’s electric heavy-duty forklift trucks are on a par with their combustion engine counterparts when it comes to handling performance. These trucks owe their power to four powerful lift motors with a total output of 100 kilowatts. The drive wheels are each equipped with two coupled 18-kilowatt motors, which ensure swift and precise steering. The battery can be changed in just a few minutes.
