The H100-H180D heavy-duty forklift trucks move even very heavy loads precisely, quickly and economically. This results in outstanding handling performance compared to the competition. This is made possible by Linde’s hydrostatic drive, which allows the heavy-duty truck to be moved with millimetre precision. The driver switches quickly and completely smoothly between forward and reverse travel. At the same time, modern diesel engines ensure high torque and low fuel consumption.
Large glass surfaces and the curved windscreen offer the driver a very good view. This also applies to the view to the rear, because the visibility-optimised counterweight reduces the blind spot at the rear of the vehicle. In addition, the driver’s cab is located exactly in the centre and in the front position. The seat monitoring system locks the working and travel hydraulics when the driver is not sitting in the vehicle. If the heavy-duty truck reverses, a clear signal tone (85dB) warns pedestrians and other vehicles.

An ergonomic workplace was a goal in the development of these heavy-duty forklifts. That is why, for example, several rubber mounts decouple the driver’s cab from the chassis and engine. This means that less shocks and vibrations reach the driver. The height-adjustable armrest and steering column as well as the adjustable seat with hydraulic suspension guarantee an ergonomic workplace. The Linde dual-pedal control system facilitates everyday work with short pedal travel and prevents fatigue.

The V-Stacker H100 – H180 D operate according to the “power on demand” principle: the engine speed is regulated according to the required power input. The engine therefore always runs in the most efficient range, thus saving fuel. The stepless Linde hydrostatic system ensures high handling performance, as the driver accelerates the truck without using the clutch or shifting gears. In addition, the truck comes to a standstill independently as soon as the driver does not depress the accelerator pedals. With the help of Linde Load Control, he precisely controls every lift height and fork position.

The hydrostatic direct drive from Linde is not only wear-free, but also works without a gearbox, clutch, differential and drum brakes. This significantly reduces the service costs for the vehicle. Quick maintenance work is made possible by the service box on the side: the mechanic has direct access to various filters, batteries, wiper water tank and diagnostic plug. For work in the engine compartment, the driver’s cab is tilted sideways via an electro-hydraulic pump.
The HT100 – HT180 Ds V-trucks are fast and economical when handling heavy loads. This is guaranteed by the well-matched combination of modern diesel engines, transmission and hydrodynamic drive. Especially for transports over long distances, this technology ensures a particularly high handling performance. The driver also benefits from the all-round visibility, which is outstanding in this vehicle class. Essential components such as the mast and counterweight are designed to optimise visibility.
The armoured glass roof not only gives the driver a clear view of the lifted load, but also protects him from any falling objects. The large doors of the cab also allow an almost unrestricted view of the working environment to the side. The exhaust system, air intake and optional air conditioning are also positioned on the vehicle so that the driver’s field of vision is not impaired. When reversing, a loud warning tone (85dB) can be heard to warn other vehicles and pedestrians.

Despite their size and power, the HT100 – HT180 Ds V-trucks consume very little fuel. This is made possible by the precise coordination of economical diesel engines and hydrodynamic transmissions. Accordingly, the vehicle can be moved and accelerated precisely. In addition, the driver controls all mast functions precisely and quickly with Linde Load Control. This increases the overall handling performance.

Robust engines – long maintenance intervals: When equipped with an MTU engine, the HT100 – HT180 Ds V-trucks only go to the test stand after 750 operating hours. With a Perkins engine, this is the case every 500 operating hours. For vehicles with a 7″ colour display, the Linde Service Monitoring System is available on request: sensors determine the actual mileage and usage. The oil change interval is determined accordingly. To ensure that every service process runs quickly, service technicians can fold the cab forward and then access the technology from both sides.
The E100 – E180 electric heavy-duty trucks with a load capacity of 10.0 – 18.0 t are the most powerful in their league. They combine the best features of E- and V-trucks: This series combines the diesel-typical development of forces with the environmentally friendly, low-noise and dynamic driving style of electric trucks. Optionally, this series has two lead-acid or two lithium-ion batteries, which give the vehicle the power to transport a maximum of 18.0 t up to ten metres in height. The powerful electric motors propel the heavy-duty truck, past the V trucks, to the top of the performance range.

The E100 – E180 electric heavy-duty trucks are designed to provide the best all-round visibility. They offer a clear view to the rear and the glass doors provide a view without restriction to safeguard against collisions and accidents. The goods being transported are perfectly in view during storage and retrieval, thanks to the safety glass roof and the optimised mast. The heavy-duty truck is characterised by a high level of safety when stationary, thanks to the batteries integrated in the chassis, which shift the centre of gravity downwards.
